Well, I weighed in this morning and lost 2.2 pounds. Two pounds is a great loss and it was hard to get that this week. I actually don't know if I would have lost that if I had gone in on Monday evening as planned. But I wasn't feeling well Monday, so I bought myself a little extra time. Morning weigh-ins are a bit easier as well...there's less fluctuation in weight than you have later in the day. But I'm not going to try to diminish this weight loss. I'm still down 2 and that's a very good thing!
